DriverDesk
Your taxi business deserves more than a page with a phone number.
Get a polished driver-owned website and the workflow behind it: customer enquiries, booking follow-up, repeat trips, invoices, reviews and a clear view of what each ride earns you.
Start at [driver].driverdesk.com.au.
Review and approve your site first. Then connect a domain you own.
One driver's site. One driver's customers. Shared, professionally managed infrastructure.
You're not buying a template. You're buying the work around the website.
The hard part is turning a website into a dependable business workflow: answering enquiries, confirming trips, bringing customers back, keeping records, and knowing what is left after the costs. We set up and maintain that system around your taxi business.
What's included
- A website that looks like your business.
- Your name, vehicle, services, service area, photos, booking terms and reviews, designed mobile first.
- Your own web address.
- Start at [driver].driverdesk.com.au, review and ratify the site, then connect a domain you own. We handle domain mapping and HTTPS setup.
- Booking workflow and customer follow-up.
- Receive requests directly, confirm the ride, keep the trip details together and make repeat booking simple.
- A contact app customers can save.
- Customers scan your QR code, open your contact microapp, save your details, call, request a ride and view reviews.
- Reviews you can stand behind.
- Invite passengers to rate a completed ride. Feature consented reviews. Calculate the aggregate from all eligible verified reviews.
- Know what the whole business produces.
- Record trips from your own site, 13cabs, Uber, phone, ranks and referrals in one ledger. Payment still happens outside the site.
- Licence-specific service pages on every plan.
- Publish a driver-approved NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe or other configured program transport page when the driver's status and claims are supported.
- Bot protection is included in every plan.
- We label uncertain traffic instead of treating every VPN or shared mobile IP as a bot. Higher plans add lead-quality analysis.

Build once. Choose the workflow you need.
One-time build: A$2,000 for onboarding, branded site setup, copy adaptation, photo placement, booking configuration, QR microapp and review setup, initial analytics, approval and launch.
The prices below are what the driver pays. Sites are built and operated by an independent operator — a business separate from the DriverDesk platform owner — who owns the site, holds the driver relationship and is billed by DriverDesk wholesale. Ask your operator which plan is right for you.
| Plan | Monthly | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Contact | A$250 | Microsite, domain connection after approval, call/message links, booking enquiry form, QR microapp, reviews, licence/program profiles and approved NDIS/TAC/WorkSafe transport landing pages, hosting, HTTPS, backup, updates and baseline bot protection. |
| Operate | A$500 | Everything in Contact, plus CRM, customer history, repeat bookings, editable WhatsApp message for a driver-qualified lead, driver-entered delegated-trip outcomes and fare revisions, multi-source trip ledger, income and expense tracking, fuel/maintenance/insurance tracking, estimated take-home, and business scorecard. |
| Grow | A$1,000 | Everything in Operate, plus ongoing local SEO, campaign landing pages and attribution, driver-authorized Google Ads conversion tag setup/testing and reporting, CSV trip-statement import and reconciliation, by-source comparison, invoice/receipt documents via email or SMS link (payment outside the site), monthly campaign and traffic-quality review. |
Google Ads spend, domain registration/renewal, SMS overages, passenger payment collection, professional photography, major custom work, and tax/accounting services are not included unless agreed in writing. The service does not guarantee rankings, leads, recovered ad spend, or complete prevention of invalid clicks.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a domain first?
- No. Start at [driver].driverdesk.com.au. After you approve the site, connect a domain you own. We provide exact DNS instructions and verify it.
- Can I use my existing domain?
- Yes, if you control its DNS. A subdomain usually uses a CNAME. A root domain may need ALIAS/ANAME, CNAME flattening, or another supported setup.
- Who owns my domain and customer list?
- You should own and control your domain. Your customer records remain in your driver workspace and are not shared with other drivers.
- Can I ask another driver to service a lead?
- Yes. For a qualified lead, the site can prepare an editable WhatsApp message for you to review and send to a contact or private group you manage outside the platform. You remain responsible for the customer relationship. The site does not run the pool or collect passenger payments.
- Can I record trips that came from 13cabs or Uber?
- Yes. Add a trip manually in Operate, or import and reconcile a driver-supplied statement in Grow. The ledger separates fare, provider fees, reported payout and your own costs.
- Is the contact microapp native?
- No. It is an installable web app customers can open from a QR code and add to the iPhone or Android home screen where supported.
- Does the monthly fee include Google Ads spend?
- No. Your budget is separate and remains under your control.
- Who is the operator, and who am I paying?
- An operator is a separate business from the DriverDesk platform owner. The operator owns and runs your site, so the monthly plan price above is payable to your operator. DriverDesk provides the platform the operator builds on. Your operator's first visible site and first demo site carry no wholesale plan fee; other sites are billed to the operator.
- Will I get more bookings?
- The system is designed to help customers find, contact and rebook you, and to make results visible. No specific ranking or booking volume is guaranteed.
